FAQs
Do i need to seal my concrete?
The Answer is yes! Unsealed concrete allows water penetration, which leads to cracking, spalling and loss of colour! Sealing your concrete prevents damage, enhances the look and prolongs the life of your concrete
How often should i seal my concrete?
Depends on the sealer, The sealer we use is approved by the department of transportation for use on highways and bridges and lasts 7-10 years. Other sealers from your local store may only last a year or two.
Should I seal the cracks in my concrete?
The answer is yes! If you have cracks in your concrete, water goes down the cracks and washes away the soils under your slab which causes voids and eventually causes your concrete to crack more and settle.
